Sales channel limits by plan
How many sales channels you can have connected at once depends on your subscription plan.
- Pro — 1 sales channel
- Studio, Indie, Business, and Growth — unlimited sales channels
These are the limits for our current plans. If you are on an older plan your limits may differ, so please contact support to check.
On the Pro plan, once you've connected 1 sales channel, the Connect button for a different provider is replaced with You've reached your integration limit. This restriction only applies to connecting a different provider — you can still connect another shop through a provider you already have connected. For example, a Pro account with one Etsy shop can connect a second Etsy shop without upgrading.
To connect a different sales channel on Pro, go to Settings > Subscription to view upgrade options, or see Add or remove an integration for help managing your connected shops.

Integration FAQs
Below are some common questions we receive about integrations:
Can I archive an integration I no longer use?
If you no longer want a store to import new data, we recommend disabling the integration instead of deleting it.
Disabling an integration will:
- Pause all scheduled imports
- Preserve all historical listings, orders, and purchases
- Allow you to re-enable the integration at any time
If you're switching to a new store, you can keep your old integration disabled and then connect your new store, as the app allows you to connect multiple shops through each integration once activated.
Tip: If you only want to stop automatic scheduled pulls but still pull manually, you can turn off Automatic Updates instead.
What’s the difference between disabling and disconnecting an Integration?
- Disable Integration: Temporarily pauses imports and keeps all historical data intact.
- Disconnect/Delete Integration: Removes the integration and may remove pulled data, meaning you’d need to reconnect and re-pull data if needed later.
When I update inventory in my sales channel, will it update in the app?
No, updates made directly to stock levels on your sales channels (outside of sales) will not sync to the app.
The app pulls order data from your connected sales channels, and inventory is automatically adjusted based on those incoming sales to produce a real-time calculation of your stock levels. You'll want to think of the app as your "master of stock" for your inventory management.
When I update inventory in the app, will it update on my sales channel?
The app supports pushing stock levels back to Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Square, and Faire using our Stock Push feature.
Amazon, Wix, and Squarespace support is coming soon. If there’s a specific platform you’d like included, please reach out and share your request.
Does the app integrate with QuickBooks?
Yes! the app now offers a beta integration with QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, and Advanced plans. This integration lets you push your Purchase Orders and Journal Entries directly to QuickBooks, keeping your books and inventory aligned.
For more info on how to get set up with QuickBooks - feel free to take a look at our dedicated article here:
We’re continuing to expand the integration with features. If you have any questions or feedback, please get in touch with our support team.
Which platforms doesn't the app integrate with?
The app doesn't have a direct integration with every platform. There's currently no native integration with:
- Ecwid
- Zettle
- Zapier
- Third-party credit card processors (ISOs) not linked to one of the platforms above
- TikTok Shop
If you sell through one of these, you have two options: check whether those sales already flow through one of the integrations you have connected, or add the orders manually by going to Orders > Add Order.
Don't see your platform listed? Let us know: we track every integration request and use them to help decide what to build next. If you're having trouble with a sales channel you've already connected, see Troubleshooting Integrations.
Why did a deleted order come back after I re-imported my store's data?
If you delete an order and then run a historical import covering the same period, for example re-pulling past orders after reconnecting a store, the order will be re-created from your store's data. You'll need to remove it again if you don't want it tracked. The same applies to purchases imported via CSV: re-importing past data re-creates anything you'd already deleted.
The app is built using the feedback and suggestions from our customers. Help us decide which Integration to integrate with next by getting in touch and letting us know where you are currently selling - we'll add you to our contact list and be sure to be in touch as soon as we make any progress!
