About the Orders Calendar view

See every order's due date and ship date on one calendar

Scrolling through a long list of orders to catch what's overdue or shipping this week wastes time you don't have. The Orders Calendar puts every order on a month or week grid, colour-coded by status, so a busy stretch or a slipped deadline is obvious at a glance.

The calendar plots every order against its due date or ship date, whichever you're planning around, and colours each tile by status so you can spot problems before they turn into late deliveries.

The Orders Calendar is available on Studio plans and above.

Opening the calendar

  1. Go to Orders,
  2. Select the Calendar tab next to Orders and Order Line Items.

Each order appears as a small tile on the date matching your chosen dimension — click a tile to open that order.

Choosing due date or ship date

Use the dropdown in the calendar header to switch which date each order is plotted against:

  • Due Date — the date the order needs to be ready or delivered by.
  • Ship Date — the date the order shipped, or is expected to ship.

Switching dimension keeps your current filters and period in place, so you can compare the same stretch of time from either angle.

Reading the tile colours

Each order tile is colour-coded by its current status, so you can scan a whole month without opening a single order:

  • Pending — the order hasn't shipped yet and isn't overdue.
  • Overdue — the due date has passed and the order still hasn't shipped.
  • Shipped on time — the order shipped on or before its due date.
  • Shipped late — the order shipped after its due date.
  • Cancelled — the order was cancelled.

Hover over a tile to see the customer's name, or click it to open the order.

Use the Month and Week toggle to change how much of the calendar you see at once. The arrows either side of the current period move you backward or forward, and Today jumps straight back to the current week or month.

Filtering the calendar

The filter sidebar narrows the calendar down to exactly what you need:

  • Status — Placed or Cancelled.
  • Shipped — Yes or No.
  • Manufactured — Yes, No, or No date. This filter only appears if your account tracks manufacture dates.
  • Paid — Yes or No.
  • Source — filter by shop.
  • Location — filter by location.
  • Category — filter by order category.

Your filters and the period you're viewing are saved in the page's web address, so refreshing or bookmarking keeps your view exactly as you left it.

Seeing every order on a busy day

In month view, a day only shows the first three order tiles. When there are more, a + N more link appears — click it to open the Orders list already filtered to that exact day. Week view has more room, so every matching order for the day appears directly on the calendar.
