Onboarding call preparation checklist

Learn how to prepare for your onboarding call with us!

Before the Call

• Watch the Onboarding Prep Video below

• Book a quiet time where you can focus and be at your computer with no interruptions
• Ensure you are logged into your admin user of your account ahead of time so we can guide you through

• Your shop name(s) and platforms you sell on (e.g., Etsy, Shopify)
• A couple of examples of products and materials that best represent your production process
• How you currently track inventory and materials (even if it’s a spreadsheet or notebook)
• An idea of your current making workflow (how you take materials and turn them into products)

• Be ready to share your biggest challenges with inventory, pricing or bookkeeping
• Think about what a “successful setup” looks like for you (e.g., clean reports, COGS, real-time inventory, etc.)
• Note any specific features or questions you want to cover
